How we make it work.
No barrier to getting started
We don't run credit checks and we don't ask for a deposit. Instead of a large upfront payment, you pay a predictable monthly rental. That makes clean water accessible to households and businesses that traditional finance-based offers leave out.
The dispenser stays our asset
On a rental, the unit remains ours. We service it, sanitise it and repair it for as long as you have it — and when a rental ends, the dispenser comes back to us to be refurbished and re-rented. That's why we can keep the monthly price low and still cover maintenance.
Buying is there if you prefer to own
Some customers would rather pay once and own the machine. The once-off purchase option gives you exactly that, with no monthly commitment and optional paid servicing if you want us to keep looking after it.
Ordering and delivery
Choosing a dispenser online takes about five minutes. You pick rent or buy, enter your details once and pay securely. Rentals are set up on automatic monthly billing so there's nothing to remember; purchases are a single payment.

From time to time we run seasonal specials — like our Winter Special — which reduce the monthly rental price. When a special is live you'll see both the normal price and the special price, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
