Do you really deliver in 24 hours?+

Yes. Order by 2pm for guaranteed next-day delivery within our service area.

What if I have bad credit?+

It doesn't matter. We don't run credit checks — everyone qualifies.

How does automatic payment work?+

Choose your debit date (1st, 7th, 15th, or 25th). Your card is securely tokenized at checkout and we charge it monthly automatically.

Is there a contract?+

No. Month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

What if the dispenser breaks?+

On rentals, we repair or replace within 24 hours at no cost. On purchases, optional support plans are available.

Can I buy instead of rent?+

Yes. Any dispenser is available with a once-off purchase price.

Do you supply water bottles?+

Yes — we'll arrange your initial bottles on delivery and refill schedules to suit your usage.
